granted my service was done under warranty so price was not the issue. In any case, when I arrived a service representative greeted me, arranged for my appointment, scheduled a complementary van ride to my office in harvard square. When I came back that afternoon, work done and car all clean. Overall very professional.

I took my 06 Boxster S in for a first time visit and a state inspection. I had purchased the Boxster S up in Nashua, but decided to have all service done in the Boston area since I now live there.
The service adjuster was quick and courteous. The actual inspection took about 20 minutes and another 10 minutes or so for them to wash the car. I was not expecting a car wash so I was pleasantly surprised. Pros Nice staff, wireless, great location to look at other Porsche's and BMW's. Cons Tight getting in and out of their facility. |
