I purchased a 2001 used car. After test driving the car I informed the salesman that the driver side door did not open/close smoothly and that the trunk would not open until pressing the unlock switch several times. I did decide to buy the car and I was told that these minor things could be fixed if I wanted to bring the car back at a later date. I did buy the car and the day of pick up I had an appointment to sign all the paperwork. I arrived 5 minutes early and finally 50 minutes later they called me in to finally sign and pay for the car. What is the point of an appointment if you have to wait that long? I had the car for 3 days and with only 30 miles on it I was on my way to a funeral and just as I arrived at the funeral home my front driver side tire went flat. I called Heiser and was told that the tires were brand new and still under warranty if I wanted to take the car to the tire place they contract with to get it repaired for free. This turned out to be a huge pain as I ended making 3 different trips there to get this resolved. After the tire was replaced my car then started pulling to the side. I then took the car back to Heiser to have them fix the door and the trunk and I also advised since getting the flat tire my car now pulls to the side and could they do an alignment if need be. The service tech went and spoke to the used car manager while I waited and he came back to me and said the ONLY thing they would fix is the driver side door. If I wanted an alignment it would cost. What about the trunk that was mentioned before buying the car?? I was very upset by this and they went on to explain that it is a used car and not under warranty and this car did pass a safety inspection. I let them fix the door and went on my way. I then took the car back to the tire store to check on the alignment and after they checked the tire pressure in each tire it turned out that one side had 5 lbs to many and the other side had 8 lbs less.  What about the safety inspection that Heiser did? They sold the car to me with inproper tire pressure which I am certain caused the tear in the inner side wall of the tire. Oh, and by the way, my door closed smoothly for all of 4 days and it is now back to the way it was. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the worse experience I have had. I am appauled at how I was treated and the service overall just stinks!  DO NOT buy a car from this place.
