Low pressure sales. They didn't bother us. The sales manager is a high pressure and deceptive negotiator who actually physically put hands on me while we were discussing price. I wouldn't recommend working with him if you can avoid it.

I have never been on site. Everyone reference phone calls and e-mails were very polite. Still looking for a victory red Grand AM GT 2044-2005.
