Giuffre Hyundai of Bay Ridge

Went to the dealership twice....told me they had the car....once I got there, they told me it was sold...gave them another chance....saw a car that they had in their garage,told them that's one I want, told me that someone went home with the keys...come tomorrow...terrible experience...I would give no star if I had the chance end up getting another car somewhere else

did not have the cars they said they have! I called many times to confirm they had the cars and drove over an hour none of them were there. LIARS!!!!!!!!!

Giuffre advertises cars that DO NOT exist, just to get you to the dealership. I would not deal with them.

Just a bunch of liers. dont waste your time at Giuffre. The only way they try to sell is lie about their advertisements to get calls and lie over the phone. When you go there they dont have the car you spoke about nor will they sell at the prices advertised or discussed. They should not be in business. Decieving and deceptional, not worth your time.

Overall pretty satisfied

NOT a transparant organization.......Make sure to do your homework prior to going to this type of dealer
