They never responded via phone or email, I called them directly. As
we live two hours away, I called for the condition of the vehicle.
Upon arrival it was not as described, the air bag light was on and we
were faced with high pressure sales. They wanted to disconnect the
battery and clear the light, they did not want to actually diagnose the
vehicle. They wanted to offer a discount and sell the vehicle as is.
They spoke to meas if I didn't understand what was or could be
wrong even as I told the that my husband is a mechnic( he was
sitting right there). We understand how many reasons an air bag
light could be on for and we also understand it could be a cheap fix
or an expensive fix, not to mention safety issues.
