Very unprofessional, the car was dirty and out of gas. I made an appointment a week in advance so they knew I was coming. They absolutely would not negotiate on price at all. Not a great experience, don't waste time there.

These people use dishonest bait & switch tactics and some aggressive, downright MEAN sales people. They don't make you feel like a vauled customer at all and don't care about your satisfaction.
