I spoke with a lady sales person. There was good effort to communicate on the car in question. However I thought there could have a greater effort to make a sale if not with this car perhaps with another.

Peter Ross was my sales consultant via the internet, He was very helpful, quick response time and helped me get an excellent trade-in value on my car. The new Camaro was almost 400 miles away, so face-to-face was impossible, but Peter's emails and phone calls were the way to go and proved very helpful. His customer service was extraordinary. When I arrived there to make the exchange, both he and Scott (finance managaer) were very helpful, quick servfce and aware of my time constraints as I had an eight hour return trip that day. Fox Chevrolet of Laurel is an excellent dealership to deal with and is highly recommended.
