This dealership's performance was very shady in my family's opinion. We had contacted them about two Corolla Sports-a blue '09 and a white 2010-on Friday evening. The salesman took a walk outside and told us he "was looking at the blue Sport" but the white Sport couldn't be found...he called back about 5:30 PM and said he had found the white Sport, that it was on the wash rack, and offered to pull both of them around back for us...next morning we arrived at the dealership around 10 AM and were immediately taken to the white Sport which was on the show room floor off to the side. It had a slight film of dust on it and the floor showed no recent activity of tire movement, which hinted it hadn't been washed/moved the night before ...Flag #1. We looked it over, then asked to see the blue Sport. The salesman left, only to arrive back 15 minutes later in a blue LE that he parked by the door, not the Sport. I told him that wasn't the Sport and he acted surprised, then took off back outside and drove the LE away. 15 minutes later he showed up on foot from the office direction to state that a salesman had wrecked the blue Sport the night before "at 9:27 pm" and it was no longer available. We had decided to not proceed with the white one, (it had some serious corrosion under the hood, probably from the salty chemicals from the Ohio winter roads where it was from) so after a few polite minutes we told him we weren't interested in it and were about to leave when he asked us to wait. He left and a few minutes later a manager arrived with a new story: the blue Sport wasn't the one involved in the wreck; they had loaned the blue Sport to a customer the day before and offered to go get it for us to look at if we wanted...Flag #2! I asked why were the stories changing; he stuttered and couldn't give a reasonable answer. We stated that we were done and were leaving, and he began to ask pointed questions such as "why is it taking you so long to find a car?" (I had told him earlier that we had been looking for a car for several weeks), "why are you being so picky?", etc. then smarted off as I walked out the door: "time is money!"... what a loser. They will never see us again.
