| “Bad Mechanics And Poor Customer Service” a Car Guru
 
This facility just opened 2 weeks ago. I brought my car in last week for an oil change and battery check. The battery is checked "good". Today my car dies. AAA jumps my car and states the battery is "dirty". I was able to drive my car to the dealer and it dies while in "park". The mechanic at Shack Findlay never checked the alternator and just changed the battery. I have gone through 2 mechanics and now have to return my car again to the dealership tomorrow. My car is still under warranty and they are to lazy to check the alternator. This place is new but bad news.
