Fantastic Customer Service — I work in a large company close to Downtown Auto Repair and, when I needed a brake job, several of my coworkers recommended Downtown Auto. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave me detailed pricing on everything that needed to be done. They offered information about a couple other repairs that might need attention in the near future, without being pushy about having the work done now. They kept in touch with me and completed the work by afternoon. And, to my surprise, when I picked up the car, it was fully washed, vacuumed and the tires were shined! |
