OK, so I have a Town Car and this is a limo service shop.
Go figure. These guys eat, sleep and breathe Town Car.
Open 24/7/365 for pickup and drop off. 30% cheaper
than dealer for anything. The $15 car wash = $55 mini
detail. This is an example of why I trust them: I took the
Peeler in cuz the anti-lock brakes were "chattering"
coming to slow stop. Sam called me a few hours later
and said to come pick it up. What? Finished so soon?
How much? No charge. Couldn't find anything wrong.
Yes it's safe to drive. Sam: "Well, I could just start
replacing parts starting with the $500 master controller,
but I won't do that!" (The problem resolved a week later
and has not persisted.) As long as you understand that
you are secondary to the fleet and they ain't gonna put a
mint on your dashboard, and you may be blocked in if
you come to pick up your car at 2 am, you will love this
shop as much as me and my friends whom I have
referred.
