I went there because it was convenient, close to where I live. Eric and his team at the used cars section were awful. They were given wrong information. I bought the car cash ( a Hummer) and I have to wait more than 2 hours just to have the car prepared ( clean and wash...). They didn't care about me as a customer they just wanted to get the deal and the money so they could have their commission. I would never go their again...

Slow But Effective, Good Work At Fair Price — We needed a bumper replaced on our 2004 Highlander, and took it to Darcars because they are local and have a good deal of Toyota experience. Like the dealership/service center, the repair shop is crowded, dated and lacking oversight. But our rep was nice, responsive, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. He inspected the damage, gave us a quote, and did a great job replacing the bumper in a timely manner. Didn't try to tack on additional repairs or service, or sell us anything we didn't want. The front desk "service" is a joke, but don't worry, they are only there to process your transaction (if you can get them off their cell phone). Summary: Met expectations; fair price; quality work; customer service needs improvement; would go back.

Poor Service, Faulty Repairs, And Stolen Items! — After an accident, Geico referred my car to Darcars to be fixed. The repair took longer than promised. Phone calls to inform me of repairs were not made when promised. Items were stolen from my car. The repair was faulty, and needs to be fixed; however I will be going elsewhere for the repair, despite the additional cost.jm
