Wasn't a nice, professional atmosphere that I've grown
accustomed to at other car dealerships. Environment
was filled with worn furniture and walls, cursing
salesmen that would talk their *ish to eachother, only a
few steps from where potential customers were sitting,
and last but not least, no coffee or tea available on-site.
C'mon... oh and the vehicle had countless scratches on
it, a 5-inch slash on the rubber strip between the
window and passenger side door, dirt on interior
ceiling...seriously? This is how you present your
vehicles? Show some respect. I'm glad I got out of there
w/the carfax before they wasted anymore of my time.

Took them 5 days to answer simple questions; were unable to provide pictures after multiple requests; incorrectly described key features like V6 vs. V8, I needed to correct them. Their CRM SW is getting in their way. Polite via email.

Not only City World, but ALL of the car dealers hounded us relentlessly, so much so that I suspended my purchasing plans!

I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them since the SUV I was interested in had just been sold and hadn't been removed from their web site yet but Antwana, their Internet Sales Associate, was very quick to respond to me and very pleasant and professional.

Terrrible Dealership...false Advertising —
This dealership has the worst customer service ever. They also use fake ads to get you in the dealership, then try to sell you a more expensive car. I went here after I saw an ad online. I called to make sure they did in fact have the car, and that it wasnt a marketing tactic. I drove 25min into the city to find that when I got there they somehow could not find the car on there lot. This is after I had called 30 min prior to ensure the car was there. They then tried to sell me a more expensive car. When they discovered I knew what they were up to the treated me very rudely. To top it off the had the nerve to call me the next day with a car they found that matched what I was looking for, but would not give me any info about it. No price, color, condition, mileage nothing. This was by far the worst dealership experience I have ever encountered.
