advertised vehicles my son printed out on the web site (there were four) we not available and all were sold..horrible experience..was at Cherry Hill Kia on Rt 70...salesman had to keep walking across rt 70 three or four times only to advise us that none of the vehicles were there..we drove all the way to toms river to gateway toyota and got prompt service and the vehicles advertised were on the LOT

Tried to call me over the weekend. Did not leave a message or return #. When they emailed pics of A CAR, it was not the car I was interested in, as the one I liked had been sold. (not even the same make)

The Salesman, Robert, he was really great to work with. The guy who does the financing, on the other hand, was rather "fake" and acted like he cared to sell a car, but really he was being ridiculous and sometimes rude. They ignored my brothers needs for a vehicle and the so called finance guy never even checked my credit, which is immaculate and tried to offer me an atrocious finance rate. It was a shame they didn't conduct their business better, otherwise, I would have bought the car if it weren't for that finance guy Jordan.

Kia at the Cherry Hill Triplex...awesome customer service! Stephanie went above and beyond to help me. If you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle stop and ask for Stephanie! She knows her inventory, and found me the perfect vehicle! I took my son back the following day, and she was able to find him a used vehicle that fit his budget as well.
