I loved their customer service. Shelby took initiative and gave me all of her time even though she didn't have to. Paperwork was fast and everyone was very friendly. I'd definitely go back. BTW..I LOVE MY CAR

Tried to get me to come see a vehicle when they already knew it was sold. They do not list prices on some of their vehicles, and tell you to "make offers". Which is a way to trick you into paying a price that you're comfortable paying, but the price you're willing to pay will be a lot more than the price the car is actually worth...

I did all my research and knew what I wanted before I got there. I liked CB Toyota for the fact that they didn't get in my way, didn't pressure me, and had competitively priced vehicles.
