Trying To Do Business With Them

They are terrible about returning emails and they do not seem very interested in selling.

I only dealt with salesman Mike Santosuosso by phones, as I located a car of interest online, but I found Mike to be very helpful: knowledgeable and professional to the max. In the end, I made my purchase here in Tucson, mostly because I decided on a different make. But I did not mind him calling me back because his attitude was completely customer-driven.
