Sales person was a jerk. He raced thru the parking lot with the car he was showing me screeching the tires. Did the same when he returned the car. I asked him questions about the car and gave me smart #@# answers. Didnt seem interested in selling me anything.

After making an appointment and exchanging several e-mails and calls regarding a vehicle i was interested in, it was being sold when I arrived for my test drive. I had spoken to Michael the day before and the morning of before I left to ensure the vehicle would be available and ready for me to drive. When I got there, they were processing the sale for others but kept trying to tell me it wasn't the same car I wanted. They even offered for me to test drive the vehicle while the other party was waiting for approval of financing to complete the sale. How unprofessional. Then to add insult to injury, I received an e-mail the next day asking me about my test drive. I asked them not to contact me again.

The salesman here was comical but nice; HOWEVER the sales manager was a COMPLETE JERK!!!!! Negotiation to him was lowering the price by $277 and being very rude about it! I would've totally paid the price if her wasn't so COMPLETELY rude! Also be sure that the ad on cargurus is correct as mine wasnt! I would not send a friend there for business--OH and the salesman's car was held together by DUCT TAPE---NICE!

Ryan, my salesman took me right to my cars, we went for a drive in both of the SXTs' i took home the one i liked at a great price... free car washes & oil changes. HOW DO YOU BEAT THAT !

This was the most interesting experience of all. I first dealt with David Calvillo who I initially thought was great. He was the internet guy. What he failed to mention was that once you come to the dealership, he pawns you off on someone else. This was crazy as he insisted that I schedule my time around his availability. This is why it took me some time to come to the dealership. This was rude and inconsiderate. I, of course, wanted to be nice and come in when he was around to help. I saw David for perhaps 10 seconds before he sent me to Ernest Gonzales. Ernest was a younger guy pretty green to the business. While he tried to help, he didn't know the details of the inventory. He then kept trying to get me to buy a car that I had no interest in. FYI...I did provide specific feedback to David, and he was completed resistant to my comments. I was only try to help him in managing the expectations of customers. It was quite a turn off that I spent significant time with him on e-mail and in person only to be disregarded. While I must admit that I really wanted to buy a car from this dealership, there was no way I would buy from them (even though they had a car I really liked that was a fair price). I just couldn't pull the trigger and give business to a dealership that does not treat its customers well and with respect.
