Give this dealer half a star, sales person didn't know what vehicle I was asking for had to look it up then call me back, asked many questions, i had to show him where the vehicle was located in the dealer waited for 20 min. + for him to find the keys. I could only look not test drive and sales person said I was at the wrong dealer I was looking at the vehicle I would never be able to purchase. Because of rude unnecessary comments and questions I just decided to leave plus that vehicle was a 2007? Not even new or taken care of had many owners, ripped leather, ugly interior color, and made me wonder why foto couldn't go on a test drive, I did have a good down payment but I just didn't like his attitude and plus I drove there I was going to test drive just to be nice. I am definitely not going back to that dealer.

Dealer did not have the vehicle when I inquired but very polite and friendly in trying to see if something else would work for us.

Great experience, Jeremy was friendly and easy to work with and financing was smooth. There was no hard sell of warranties or extra coatings or services. We know we got a good deal and we love the RAV4. I highly recommend this dealership. It was worth the drive for us.

Salesman answered questions, went for a test drive, and we were able to negotiate the sale of our trade in successfully. We purchased the Highlander and overall experience was positive. The only issue was the backup in the office and needed to call to expedite title transfer which was then sent.
