Very satisfied with the overall service. Everyone from the receptionist to the
manager made me feel like they were really there to give me the best experience
possible. The vehicle that I wanted was sold but they found me a better vehicle
at a similar price. Very straightforward.

The dealership contacted me very quickly but they would not tell you
the price of the Tahoe wanted me to drive 50 mile and come meet a
sales person to get a price.

I drove over 500miles to this dealership for an appointment that we
had set up over the phone & confirmed through e-mails. When I got
there they did not acknowledge me, and said they did not know what
I was talking bout..... Also the car that I was going to their dealership
to get was sold when I got there, they didn't inform me of that either
until I got there...... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Randy Erwin was an excellent sells rep. He showed Marilyn all about her do-dads that she loves. He spent alot of time with us and was very knowledgeeable about the Enclave. We just could not spend the money . With obamacare, her emplyer doesn't know if she will be practising after 3 or 4 months.
