never a call back from the GM / this dealership does do not have the personal to do the job / all I received was automated responses / I E Mailed several times but all I received was automated responses / this is sad /

I drove over 500miles to this dealership for an appointment that we had set up over the phone & confirmed through e-mails. When I got there they did not acknowledge me, and said they did not know what I was talking bout..... Also the car that I was going to their dealership to get was sold when I got there, they didn't inform me of that either until I got there...... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Randy Erwin was an excellent sells rep. He showed Marilyn all about her do-dads that she loves. He spent alot of time with us and was very knowledgeeable about the Enclave. We just could not spend the money . With obamacare, her emplyer doesn't know if she will be practising after 3 or 4 months.
