I was able to negotiate a good price over the phone. It seemed too easy over the phone, I suspected that the sales person was just trying to get me in to the dealership. When I came in to buy the car there were no games, the offer was written up and handed to me as negotiated. It was a much better car buying experience than at the last place. Richard did a great job and the loan manager was also pretty awesome.
