when I arrived, another dealer helped me.
the car is not true, they suggest me to buy the one which is more
expensive or another models.

Dealer responded almost immediately however he never did give any further details on the vehicle we were looking at, so far we haven't gotten there to actually deal.

Poor quality customer service, rude sales manager, left and bought from another dealer that was a pleasure to deal with. Bloomingtom Lincoln basically told us they were to busy for our business and next time make an appointment.

Overall really good, Sales not that pushy, they gave me time to check out other vehicles even though I had one picked out. They keep the gas tanks very low but give you $10 gift card for fuel. They made me watch a video about some UV protection spray but then never offered it to me! I called and talked to the finance the day before and they gave me final cost 30min later. The vehicle only had one simple key and the sales guy gave me a fob and programed it for me. On the way home I found out one of the speakers is blown, I emailed them and havent heard back. thats why not 5 stars.

i am sure they are not a bad place to work with or buy from however I was VERY disapointed with the internet sales folks. they leave their inventory posted so they get additional calls on something even after the car/SUV was sold.

Poor customer service. I was bounced around between salespeople, left waiting too long without knowing what is going on while the tires were rotated (which I had to argue with the salesperson for them to do it even though there was a definite vibration), the finance person was VERY crabby and pouty when I didn't finance with them or buy a warranty. Overall very poor service. But, a good deal on the SUV that I purchased.
