When buying a certified preowned car, I found Bill Page
personnel to be honest and low keyed, standing by their
price quote and forthcoming about the fee (yes, only
one) to be added. They fixed a paint flaw is found after
the purchase. I'd drive the 1 1/2 hrs. to buy another car

I thought the dealer was pretty shady. They advertise vehicles which they do not have in stock. Beware of bait and switch.

We had a great experience buying our used Venza. The salesperson was great. He had the vehicle ready for our test drive. It was the best buying experience we ever had. Even the finance guys were great and completely explained the entire process. I would recommend this dealership.

Laid-back friendly sales people. They had the car out and running and waiting for me when I arrived. I didn't purchase yet, so if they gave me a good deal I would have given them 5 stars.

My internet dealer, Mike Manning, wrote that he wanted to 'earn' my
business. When he followed up on a quote he gave me and asked
how he could. I gave him a low quote from another dealer and asked if
he could meet it. He got back to me quickly and said he could. Even
dropped the dealer fee by $200 to match the other quote. He was
responsive, very clear in his communication and was ready to make a
deal. 8 days later I'm still getting e-mails from some dealers. Boy did
they miss the boat!
