dealt with this dealership via the internet and email. Found a vehicle on line - contacted dealership and requested a test drive. Emailed back and forth and then told the price was "quoted wrong" and it was actually over $3000 higher and they were "very sorry about the error"...I believed this until another online Chevy dealership "accidentally misquoted" the online price...

I can hardly believe these people are in business! I drove to the Chicago area from Michigan to look at a Jeep they had on their lot, along with some other Jeeps in the area. I decided to buy from them, and had all the details worked out to drive back the next afternoon and make the purchase. I received a phone call as I was just driving into Chicago telling me they had just sold the Jeep I was buying to someone else. Talk about filthy dealings!!! Their add claims they are "loyal to their customers", but when I confronted the manager about it he said, "Sorry. I sell cars." They're absolute trash. Save your money for someone you can trust.
