The car listed on line was not the car that we saw when we got to the showroom, an hour away from us. They listed the Avalon as a Limited model and it was the base model. We had to point out to them that it was not a Limited, 3 salespeope there were unaware of the the difference. They were polite but indifferent. Car was not clean as it should be when presenting it to a possible buyer. We did find a car already. Your site is very much appreciated for its detailed and up to the minute listings.
