TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! Brought out 2012 vehicle with more scratches than I have ever seen on any vehicle in my life-inside and out (we are talking every door, back bumper, even hood and roof with huge easily visible scratches and then the interior plastic parts were scratched). It even had gouges on it and when we said they were asking too much given it's condition, the sales manager started explaining how scratches could've gotten there.He then told us he didn't think they had a car for us.

Fair price, friendly people who returned phone calls. Dealer was very open to compromise. Some internal communication issues.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I was treated poorly, staff was unprofessional, sloppy, did not care about my needs or concerns, there was no privacy, I did not feel welcome or that my business was in any way important. This dealership deserves to fail.
