the initial contact was by phone and it was pleasant. I showed an interest in a 2011 Ford Flex Limited and they provided me with the information on the vehicle. As I inquired about things on the car facts like multiple "Car Serviced" showing at their location with-in days of each other, I was told that their system was down, but asked when can you come in. I called back in a couple of hours and he gave me a vague response and told me they are reputable dealers and seemed to be offended that I asked. He then told me it was an oil change. I said, " 3 times back to back " Who does that? I decided not to go with them.
