Initial contact by the dealer was swift. Car price was same as in their ad, but many other charges were added onto the cost of the car by this dealer. It took a total of 4 hours, haggling with sales people, to obtain their best price. of $1,200 above their advertised price.

The dealer responded quickly with was looked liked an automated response but followed up with a second email from a salesperson. My initial reply received a response but the follow up to that email is either pending or being ignored.

New sales person was pleasant but inexperienced plus English is not his first language ( but that's not a sin). The manager enlightened me of the tax implications which caused me to cancel my offer and ask for a refund of my deposit, which he promptly did. Honest and professional. Kudos!

Very easy to work with. Went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Our sales consultant ( Issa Ali) was terrific along with the internet manager Mike Weiss.

BUYER BEWARE! Bad expierience. VERY PUSHY! Explained to them I was simply "looking/test driving" Manager came out VERY DISGRUNTLED because he couldn't make the sale. The famous "Second-face" is when the sales person called the manager because he couldn't close the deal. And, because of looking on CarGurus.com I KNEW there price was WAY OVERPRICED! $1,700 ABOVE RETAIL!! SERIOUSLY??
