AutoNation Toyota Scion South Austin

I was pretty upset when I was paying for my truck outright and had to keep going to find the sales manager. My original salesman was off on Monday so I got to deal with David. I told them I would be early and to have the paperwork ready so I could sign and leave. Well, paperwork wasn't even started and the finance guy that did finally grab the paperwork did so because we had been there so long. He was the only guy that actually helped us. The rest of the sales team, whiched was way over staffed, were just sitting around and not seeming to want to help or assist or even really be too friendly.

Did not have the exact unit I wanted.

Sent two emails First that the price was not negotiable. Second the vehicle had sold with no phone call.

Nick Drake is the most competent, positive, professional automobile salespserson with whom I have dealt in 40 years.
