Worst pack of lying, cheating dealers you will ever have the disservice of dealing with. Take every joke and bad story about used car dealers and roll them together and you get Auction Direct.

Spoke with rep on phone before flying to Miami. Informed that price was auction price and repairs including a new A/C compressor and starter, rebuilt radiator and tune up plus dealer commission increased price by about $2500. Still thought reasonable price. When I got to Miami they told me that it was a USED, not new, A/C compressor. I bought the car and drove back to North Carolina. Next day it wouldn't start. After another $800 to replace battery and install NEW STARTER (mechanic told me broken starter looked to be original starter). I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about doing business with this group have a serious talk with their therapist or avoid them like the plague. Most disreputable group I've ever dealt with.

Price of vehicle was $2,000 higher than advertised. They claim that the advertised price was their auction price, and that customers have to pay the higher rate.
