I drove 630 miles round trip through long traffic delays to find the car did not have A/C as told. Also the brakes were dragging. I went home without the car I drove so far for.

Emailed me 50 times and wont take me off their email list. Took them
2 days to respond about the car i was interested in and I had already
purchased a car before I could get a straight answer from them.

They left it to the customer to ask for or point out any deficiencies during the transaction. They eventually satisfied nearly all of the issues but it could have been much more pleasant if they were proactive.

I haven't purchased anything, or even expect to given the distance involved, but I see they keep me informed on sales, financing etc which is nice.
