Never called me back with m request for a selection they ma have within my set boundaries. This goes back to the Internret Asst. Manager who turned this over to an overtalking salesperson, who did not listen to my requests for help on their inventory availability. He wanted me to drive down; i did not have that time or desire to commit until he could interest me in some possibilities. Terrible handoff and follow through.

vehicle required additional expensive work - had to fight to get an oil change from dealer and it took 4 hours! Tie rods, gasket leaks, no follow-up when vehicle returned from second owner - poor

Overpriced — 300 dollars to put shrink wrap on a wire- and charged me for 8 quarts of oil for a jeep that takes 4.6 quarts. RIP OFF!!! Charged "SHOP FEE" for every little thing they did.
