I purchased a 2004 Envoy from them in July 07. It had a hub cap missing and I was promised by the sales person that he would order a new one for it to close the deal. After at least 10 phone calls and trips to the dealer to "give them the part number" I still do not have the hub cap. It is ashame that a dealer is willing to sacrafice thousands of dollars in customer referrals to save $100 on a hub cap that they could have in stock in a day.

| “Don't Get Service Here They Are Slow, Arrogant And Don't Consider The Customer.”
My Ford F150 was in an accident the impact was at the Left Rear Wheel. The only obvious damage was the rim and the hub. I took it to Alexander Ford in Murfreesboro and the Collision Dept took pictures 3 seperate times, guess they aren't to good with a camera. They said they have to order the rim and hub, I told them I wanted them to replace the wheel bearing and check the axle and differential. They said it should only take a day. They called on a Monday and I told them I would bring the truck on Thursday morning. We cleaned and check the truck over on Wednsday and got it to them 8:30 Thursday morning. We called at 4pm and they said the Service Dept was just starting to look at it and that it wouldn't be done til the next day. I yelled at both the Collision Center and the Service Dept. When I finally got the truck back we looked it over and it had a more than a dozen chips in the paint, several scratches and 2 gouges at the bottoms of the doors. When we brought this to David's attention in the Collision Center he said that in no way did they cause the damage and basically called us liars. I don't recommend having service done here, they are slow, arrogant and don't consider the customer. Conrad in Smyrna.
