“If you don't care about performance and you have a large family who you want to be safe, this is goo”
If you value performance, then this is not the car for you. The 2.5T is a small engine for something so big, so performance is nothing to write home about. It was not designed to be a performance car. 0-60 mph takes 11 seconds or so. Around corners, it rolls heavily and throttle will result in serious understeer. The steering is as vague as it gets...

"Although I found a relatively nice 2007 V50 at a respectable price (within Edmunds & KBB price range) I was somewhat disappointed as a result of the following three (3) negatives in its purchase: 1) Power Volvo did not perform the $400 -$500 75K service at their facility prior to its release at 74,553 miles. 2) They let us drive off with only a half tank of gas! This was a first for us, as my wife recently purchased her 2008 V70 from Pacific Audi in Torrance where they sent us off with a full tank of gas! And number 3) They have never responded with the missing Owner's Manual or Maintenance Schedule! I guess that is why they have not sent out their own survey? It is a far cry from the previous service that my wife and I received at Power's previous owner's Irvine Volvo!
