Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "Although I found a relatively nice 2007 V50 at a respectable price (within Edmunds & KBB price range) I was somewhat disappointed as a result of the following three (3) negatives in its purchase: 1) Power Volvo did not perform the $400 -$500 75K service at their facility prior to its release at 74,553 miles. 2) They let us drive off with only a half tank of gas! This was a first for us, as my wife recently purchased her 2008 V70 from Pacific Audi in Torrance where they sent us off with a full tank of gas! And number 3) They have never responded with the missing Owner's Manual or Maintenance Schedule! I guess that is why they have not sent out their own survey? It is a far cry from the previous service that my wife and I received at Power's previous owner's Irvine Volvo! "

I arrived and from the moment I got there I felt like my presence was a burden to the guy at the desk (I couldn't even tell if he was a real salesman or not because he knew nothing about the car, negotiations, etc.) and I basically had to beg him to take it on a test drive. I was ready to drive off with a car the day of and quickly decided I would not be comfortable using this dealer. Also, the car was $1,000 more than that price listed online (which it still is listed as). The guy did tell me that because it was an auction day all the dealers were out of the office but I find that little excuse to not be eager for my business or to try to make a deal with me. I would only use this dealership if the car they had was an absolute perfect fit and perfect price. Just had a weird experience there."
