"The sale guy was great and I received competitive financing. The only
cons were that they would not allow me to change financing within the
5 days I was told by them. The finance manager ignored my calls. The
car had some mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me. You
get what you pay for. Never believe that the dealer is offering you a
great deal. To be resourceful, buy a used car from a one owner who
keeps good records. You'll save thousands! If you like wasting money,
buy a certified used car from the dealer."

"good price , polite educated sales men , no bull..., no harassment but of course minimal after sales response to questions. Make all dealers send you detailed broken down OTD prices by email, don't ever negotiate prices across a table at any car dealer, it brings out the mean, obnoxious in them. I don't understand that the large car companies let this kind of dreadful behavior go on so that car sales people have about the worst reputation of anybody in America. - remeber you can pick up your Volvo in Europe and they pay the airfare."

"Although I found a relatively nice 2007 V50 at a respectable price (within Edmunds & KBB price range) I was somewhat disappointed as a result of the following three (3) negatives in its purchase: 1) Power Volvo did not perform the $400 -$500 75K service at their facility prior to its release at 74,553 miles. 2) They let us drive off with only a half tank of gas! This was a first for us, as my wife recently purchased her 2008 V70 from Pacific Audi in Torrance where they sent us off with a full tank of gas! And number 3) They have never responded with the missing Owner's Manual or Maintenance Schedule! I guess that is why they have not sent out their own survey? It is a far cry from the previous service that my wife and I received at Power's previous owner's Irvine Volvo!
