I have had an ongoing issue trying to cancel a warranty they sold me, have tried for over three weeks. (Finance Mgr. said he would send or fax me a form, never received any. Keep calling and do not get return calls). Was told it had been canceled July 1, today I called the insurance provider, they said it had not been canceled yet as of July 23rd. So I had to send them the cancellation notice and information directly. Called the finance manager again who told me he had definitely cancelled the policy July 1 and got a very weak story about how the cancellation is being processed by the dealership's business office, which can take up to a month. I asked him to fax me a confirmation that my policy had been cancelled, he said he would. That was several hours ago, I have received nothing."
