Got my new 2010 SEL arrived on the 23rd of December, by the 28th it was being towed in it would not start. they (VW the dealership) fixed the starter at no cost to me. I truely do love everything about the little SUV but it just has not regained my complete confidence yet!!!

"I contacted them and asked questions. I got an email back from the manager who said he would answer any questions I had, so I waited. I tried emailing him again and got no response. Very poor service. I would give them "0" stars if the option was available. My questions were not hard either. I asked how many miles were on the car, what color the car was, and for some pictures. They need to work on their follow-ups. I ended up purchasing a different car even though I had full plans on going to this dealer first.
