"Sales experience was good. After that follow up encounters to
correct problems have been less productive. Finance guy missed
signature on DMV papers during closing, six phone calls later we
were able to close out paper work. Cap on right rear wheel was
missing on vehicle and was noted on final sale paper work as an
open item that service dept. would correct. Three weeks later item
has yet to be corrected. My impression of roseville VW is nice
people but no one there really communicates with on another"

emailed that I would be in for a test drive and gave a general time.
When I arrived on the lot, I approached a random sales person to
ask about the car and he immediately knew who i was and
directly me to the correct salesman. The car had been pulled out
and was ready for test drive. The salesman was courtesy and
answered all my questions without being pushy. I purchased the
car in question and feel the deal was solid. I'm also happy with
the their finance team. I would shop and buy from Roseville VW
