Questioned the check engine light and why the fog lights weren't working. We were told the car was serviced and near $700 put into car. Asked for the 500-1000 mile warranty. That was denied. Asked if we could take the car to get an inspection outside of their dealership. We were told they were not selling the car to us. Asked us to leave. Feel once the car was put on the rack something was found. We were paying cash. Wanted to protect ourselves. Good luck if you deal with this bunch outside of Brewton, Alabama."

A few days later I was sent a form letter e-mail from the dealership checking on the service I received. When I called to let them know I had not been contacted, what turned out to be another salesman in another department just started his sales pitch . . . no apology, no explanation, and certainly no surprise at the poor service I had experienced. In addition, I got a lecture on how expertly their prices were determined when the first salesman made it clear that their prices are based primarily on sunk costs and not what the market will bear."

The car had not even been detailed, the tires were bald, plastic trim hanging from the bumper, etc. I complained and asked to speak to the manager, but the sales guy said "he's busy and does not have time to see you" needless to say, I did not buy a car from them. They were VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them. "
