"I emailed the dealership on Sunday with a question on box length Monday kyle called me and we made a appointment for Wenseday I told him i would give him a deposit he said that is not necessary called him back Tuesday too see if he was there , told him i was on my way he said good,i drove 250 miles from my place too Tuscon when we were six blocks from the dealership kyle called too tell us that another salesman just sold it. he said he was sorry . I turned around and drove home 250 more miles.after my 500 mile day for nothing i am still mad. Would not buy anything from a dealer that allows that too happen.I am gonna give them free advertising and call Joe with trouble shooters on TV for more advertising. thanks Pepper"

"This was the best car purchase in my life. I located the vehicle through car finder associated with Tucson VW. The vehicle had just been delivered but not safety inspected. I dealt with Steve Norris, on-site who walked me through the whole process. No haggle price and reasonable down pymt got me a 2012 jetta with 10,000 miles, pre-owned/certified with pymts as low as 177. per month however I purchased the extended warranty to 6 years, 70,000 miles with a low pymt of 253. The car was imaculate. The service was awesome. I enjoyed visiting the new Tucson VW LEED certified store and was treated with the upmost customer service and satisfaction."
