“Jetta GTX 16v 1988 - Dynamite!”
This was my #2 of 2 Jetta GTXs. In 1988 the Jetta GTX had no cathalytic converter so performance was more than OK with the fabulous Rock solid 139hp 1.8L KR 16v engine. "The dealer didn't disclose that the car's oil pan had been sheared
off. One of the bolts on the oil pan wan't replaced. there were
several areas under the car that were scraped and the front bumper
had damage underneath. When I made the dealership aware they
didn't apologize or claim that they were unaware. i heard from
another dealership that they tried to have a wholesaler unload the
car by selling it at another dealership. i would not trust this
dealership. They had to have known the car was damaged and
chose to not disclose this information"
