Promised me car I liked would be gone within days due to 'great' deal. Had the darned thong on the lot for near 6 weeks before it sold. Highly overthinking what a tiny convertible car with rear wheel drive would sell for in MN in the middle of winter. I bought out of state, got a better deal, even with shipping- joke is on them. They did sell car, but had to frop the car by $500/week until it sold, do the math...lol. Oh, they have no one that deals with internet cash deals, so do not bother trying. They do not like cash here, the guy was peeved when I wouldn't finance, wanted the cut out of financing, I guess. Will NEVER refer anyone here! The Chicago salesman was so happy that I had cash, he sold it to me in one phone call!"

The front and rear bumper covers were repainted - very poor job. There is paint overspray on lights and fenders that makes it look like they did not remove the bumper or tape off very well. There is runs in the paint. There are some spots with no paint at all. The TPM system needed to be adjusted. There were small parts missing that should be included when you spend that much money on a SUV less than 2 years old - missing rubber mats in compartment bottoms, missing wiper arm caps, missing owners manual, dented passenger side mirror. More things keep popping up. I thought I could trust a dealership to reapir the vehicle properly before being sold. I will spend much more time reviewing a vehicle next time before I purchase. This dealership has lost my trust."
