I checked on their hours and told them I would be coming the next day to see the car. After work the next day I drove the hour to get to the car lot, looked around--no car. Still excited about the possibility I thought they may have "put it back" for me since they knew I was coming that day so I waited for assistance. Imagine my shock and dismay when I was told the car had to be taken to a shop a few days earlier for repairs. This is not a dealership with 1000s of cars to keep track of-this is a car lot smaller than my backyard so inventory management should not be an issue. Two hours of my busy day wasted--never again, BB, you give independent auto dealers a bad name. "
