Drives like a bigger Jetta. -Mecanics sometimes tricky to fix, need to be well maintain, special...

Avg. Dealer Rating: (29 reviews) ""As a prospective (out of state) customer of Luxury Car Vision (LCV), I found Eric the sales consultant to be rude & condescending when I asked him questions regarding LCV's process in purchasing a vehicle site unseen from their dealership. 1. I first inquired to LCV on a Tuesday AM seeking info on a specific vehicle LCV were offering for sale. 2. I was able to negotiate $950 off the vehicle's list price. I was informed I would be responsible for obtaining & paying all taxes & tag fees as well as having the vehicle inspected in my home state commensurate with the sales cost of the vehicle and my states tax structure which is 6% sales tax, tags & registration 3. After agreeing on the cost the same day (Tuesday) of the vehicle Eric informed me of a $395 administrative fee he would be accessing me to acquire the title. I am at a loss for understanding regarding the fee when I have to pay all costs associated with the vehicle in my home State. 4. I inquired about a basic 90 day 3K warranty, Eric gave me some psychobabble about NJ law not allowing him to provide one because the vehicle is over 10 years old. My reason for asking about a basic warranty is, I intended to drive the vehicle back to MD Thursday. I'm a disabled Veteran if the vehicle suffered engine or power-train failure, I would not be stuck on the side of the expressway having spent a bit over $11K for a vehicle, with zero recourse. the warranty afforded me peace of mind re being able to have the car towed, repaired and I'm on my way back home. Per Eric 5. I received a call from Lenny on Tuesday, whom I was told is the owner, Lenny agreed to provide a the warranty. I booked a flight that same day for the next day Wednesday to NJ. My flight was overbooked & I would have to wait 4 hours for the next flight. I'm disabled and this is not an option for me. 6. I contacted LCV, Eric answered the line I explained my situation to him that I would not be coming that Wednesday , however, the following Thursday AM. Eric informed me "Luxury Car Vision had no intention of selling the car to me because I had not left a deposit). The previous day (Tuesday) was my first communication with LCV, I was instructed to bring cash or a cashier's check for the full amount I asked to whom should I have my bank make the payee of the check to because I was slightly confused regarding the actual name of their business. For example, their website is: (New Jersey Auto Mall), Luxury Car Vision was listed in CarGurus's advertisement and the CarFax Eric emailed me was from "Lada Motors" again he was not polite and answered "Luxury Car Vision". 7. Bottom line I would walk before ever purchasing a vehicle from this organization. I took my $12K and purchased a pre-owned BMW locally from a well known dealership which gave me all service records for the vehicle, it has a clean car fax with the name of the dealer bottom left. I spent $2.2K less for an identical BMW with lower miles & a 12 month 12K miles warranty. Luxury Car Vision get a Big Fat Zero across the board from me. "
