For the most part they sell quality cars and run a honest operation. Overall I think that this is a quality business, however I had a negative experience with one of their salesmen. I was in the market for a Honda civic hybrid and I found a great car at their lot. I had it checked by my mechanic just to be certain, and it checked out great. I was in the process of financing the car, however I had not put a down payment on the car namely because I wasn't informed this was necessary to guarantee my claim to the car--this was my first time buying a car so I didn't really know the ropes. I started financing on a Friday, however as I had to work on Monday I could not make it into the office so I sent my father in my stead. He got the paper work and would have gladly put some money down to guarantee the car had he been informed this was necessary, however as before mentioned; this was not brought up. When I called later that afternoon to find out what was going on with the car I was informed that the car had already been sold to someone who came in with cash. The man who was selling the car to me, whose name I will omit here out of respect for him, because he seems like a nice but arguably overworked and therefore at times careless and subsequently greedy man, at first told me he was sorry but well, they had the money right there. Then later on when I called again just in case things hadn't worked out with the buyer, he informed me that the people with the cash got the car and he wasn't around when the car was sold.... Hmmmm, ok? I understand that exclusive carz is a business and businesses want to make money and that is ultimately the bottom line. However, I feel this situation was poorly handled and for anyone who is a car buying novice, like myself, I think they should be aware of the potentiality for this situation to occur. It's a real bummer to think you're going to get a car only to have it sold out from under you with no warning. "
