I asked him direct questions and he gave me direct honest answers. Most persons I have dealt with while one my search have been less than par in the customer service department. I own my business and would never hire some of the people I have spoken with. San Francisco Nissans website was easy to navigate also. I did not buy the van but I know that I will do business with them in the future should I need to. I was very impressed with the level of communication and professionalism. When we arrived we were told that the owner of the Toyota dealer ships son took off in the truck and that he didn't know where he went or when he would be back. He told us he always did things like that. He said he would try calling him and he walked away I assume to try and call him. 20 minutes later When he came back he said he could not reach him but he could show us new one. As we were looking at the brand new one he proceeded to tell us that the owners son who has been driving the Sequoia we came to look at was a smoker and not just a smoker but a chain smoker who always has a cigarette in his hand so the vehicle really smelled of smoke. I feel like we were miss lead and that they set us up to get us there so they could try and sell us a brand new Sequoia. We will never go back to Walnut Creek Toyota. "
