"Spoke with Mike here a few weeks ago, and test drove an Elantra. Mike acted and spoke as if the Elantra was the last one available in California,and that we would be lucky to purchase it. He refused to answer basic financing questions and car options. He wasted our time. I went to a Hyundai dealer in another city and purchased a Sonata the next weekend. Great cars, poor salesmanship."

"I had an interest in a town and country van that was on their lot. I called Brandon, the salesman from the email I received. What a lovely person to confer with. I asked him direct questions and he gave me direct honest answers. Most persons I have dealt with while one my search have been less than par in the customer service department. I own my business and would never hire some of the people I have spoken with. San Francisco Nissans website was easy to navigate also. I did not buy the van but I know that I will do business with them in the future should I need to. I was very impressed with the level of communication and professionalism. Having faith in the persons I hand my money to is important to me. I work hard for it. Did I say I was impressed already? ^_^ Great place!!! "
