"I did not get a response to my emailed inquiry on a 2011 Toyota Tacoma but since they were close by I stopped in. The salesman I dealt with named Al was friendly and helpful and I was able to close the sale after some negotiation. There was a little pressure to make the deal but not inordinate. As with all negotiations, do your homework (have printouts or info on similarly equipped models marked "Great" or "Good" deals by CarGurus, and NADA estimates for your used car if you're trading-in) and be prepared to walk out if they won't accept your fair offer.
