Dealer Rating: (5 reviews) "I was/am in the market for a new to me vehicle and had bought my first "real" car (not from a private seller) from them when they were just a little car lot on Santa Fe way back when I was 19 years old. There was a very nice guy named Fuzz who got me a good deal on my vehicle that I really liked, so I figured I would give them a try all these years later. Man, growing big has really changed them! When I found something online that I liked and made an appointment to see it the sales man was nice, let me look around, test drive anything I wanted, even let me come back 2-3 times with my friend to get her opinion. When I found something I really liked and wanted to look at again I called to make an appointment and was told it was at another lot but he would have it there the next day no problem. My family and I get there the next day, the guy is not there, the vehicle is not there. The guy shows up and says he went to get the vehicle from the other lot but they sent it to the shop the day before for routine maintenance and the shop wasn't open for him to get it (this was a saturday). He tried to talk me into something else that had some of the same features I was looking for, but was way too big and much more expensive. One of the vehicles I looked at was definatly priced well above what it was worth! At first glance it looked nice, but upon closer inspection you cuuld see where scratches had been painted over, it needed new wiper blades, new tires, the carpet and seatbelts were stained, it hadn't been detailed very well, and all the seats were rusty on the bottom where they connect to the floor! There is no way I was going to pay $15,000 for that! I was so frustrated that he didn't plan better and make arraingments to have the vehicle ready that we left. I did end up buying something elsewhere which I still am not totally 100% happy with. "
