the sales guy looked confused, tols me I must be confused with
another car. Then he told me it was out back and not ready to
sell, No keys so couldn't even look inside. Wasted trip. "2nd rate
car yard and not the most professional looking outfit!"

"The two vehicles we called to schedule to test drive were
filthy....they didn't bother to clean...food crumbs still in car. The
person we made the appt wit was "unavailable and tied up with
other customers". We drove 50 minutes on Memorial Day to
specifically see two vehicles. We were serviced by a young
inexperienced person who was not personable or knowledgeable.
Then when we sat down to discuss cars, they said they would not
negotiate on the cars. They obviously do not want or need our
business. We walked out....and bought a Buick from another dealer
the next day. Not impressed with dealership. If you are selling cars
or at least attempting to....clean them!!"

"The folks were very helpful. We conducted the sale over the phone and internet. The price was reasonable. No hassel. They delivered the truck to my house that evening. It was in good shape. The paperwork was all in order. The only problem was someone had smoked in the truck. When I told them about it a couple days later they arranged to have it taken to a detailer to have it resolved. My wife who absolutely hates to buy new cars was totally pleased with the whole transaction."
